Myfyrwyr Gwyddoniaeth Gymhwysol Bangor yn Dathlu Cwblhau eu Diploma Estynedig Biofeddygol!

Yr wythnos diwethaf, derbyniodd y myfyrwyr Lefel 3 nifer o wobrau, cymerwyd rhan mewn cwisiau a, sgwrsiodd â thiwtoriaid.



Hefyd rhoddodd y myfyrwyr - Alex, Bethan, Kristina a Seren, gyflwyniad i fyfyrwyr blwyddyn gyntaf. Fe wnaethant rannu eu profiadau o'r cwrs a chynlluniau ar gyfer y dyfodol, a oedd yn cynnwys mynd i'r Brifysgol i astudio graddau mewn Gwyddoniaeth Fforensig, Nyrsio a Bioleg Forol.

Dywedodd Susan Parry, Arweinydd Rhaglen Gwyddoniaeth Biofeddygol yng Ngholeg Menai, “Rydym yn hynod falch o’r myfyrwyr, ac roedd yn wych gallu dathlu eu cyflawniadau gyda’n gilydd yr wythnos diwethaf. Mae llawer o'r myfyrwyr yn mynd ymlaen i astudio yn y Brifysgol y flwyddyn nesaf - rydyn ni'n dymuno'r gorau iddyn nhw! ”


Mae cwrs Gwyddoniaeth Gymhwysol BTEC Lefel 3 (Biofeddygol) yn gwrs 2 flynedd ac mae'n cyfateb i 3 Lefel A. Mae ceisiadau bellach yn cael eu derbyn ar gyfer y cwrs hwn ac mae mwy o wybodaeth ar gael yma.

The students - Alex, Bethan, Kristina and Seren, also gave a presentation to first year students. They shared their experiences of the course and future plans, which included going onto University to study degrees in Forensic Science, Nursing and Marine Biology.

Susan Parry, Programme Leader for Biomedical Science at Coleg Menai, said, “We are extremely proud of the students, and it was great being able to celebrate their fantastic achievements together last week. Many of the students are going on to study at University next year - we wish them all the best!”

The Level 3 BTEC Applied Science course (Biomedical) is a 2 year course and is equivalent to 3 A-Levels. Applications are now being accepted for this course and further information can be found here.
