Myfyriwr Lefel A Dolgellau, yn cael ei dewis yn aelod o Grŵp Llywio Cenedlaethol Llysgenhadon Cymru ar gyfer 2021-22

Mae Llio Parry, myfyrwraig Lefel A mewn Bioleg, Daearyddiaeth ac Addysg Gorfforol wedi ei dewis yn ddiweddar yn aelod o Grŵp Llywio Cenedlaethol Llysgenhadon Cymru ar gyfer 2021-22.

Mae cael eich dewis yn cydnabod y rhai sydd wedi gwneud cyfraniad eithriadol at raglen y Llysgenhadon Ifanc yn lleol, yn rhanbarthol ac yn genedlaethol.

Mae’r Grŵp Llywio Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Cymru’n cydnabod y Llysgenhadon Ifanc gorau un ym mhob cwr o’r wlad. Mae’r grŵp yn cyfarfod pum gwaith y flwyddyn, ond yn parhau i gyfathrebu’n rheolaidd â’i gilydd drwy gydol y flwyddyn. Mae’r grŵp yn cael cyfle i ymgynghori â Chwaraeon Cymru, yr Youth Sport Trust a phartneriaid eraill ar fentrau neu syniadau newydd, a chyflwyno llais pobl ifanc.

Maent hefyd yn trefnu ac yn cyflwyno cynhadledd genedlaethol flynyddol y Llysgenhadon Ifanc Aur. Mae aelodau’r Grŵp Llywio’n cael hyfforddiant ychwanegol drwy gyfrwng yr Academi Arweinyddiaeth Genedlaethol, sy’n cynnig gweithdai mewn sgiliau fel hwyluso, rhwydweithio, gwaith tîm a chyfathrebu.

Dywedodd Hannah Medi Hughes Swyddog Ymgysylltu Rygbi GLLM.

“Rydym yn hynod o falch o weld Llio yn cael ei dewis i fod yn aelod o’r grŵp, pwysig hwn. Mae hyn yn brawf pellach o ymroddiad Llio, a'i gwaith caled yn ystod y misoedd diwethaf.”

Ychwanegodd.

“Yn goron ar y cyfan, mae Llio hefyd wedi ei dewis yn ddiweddar i garfan Criced Cymru dan 18 oed ac yn hyfforddi a chwarae i Glwb Criced Dolgellau ac wedi derbyn cefnogaeth gan Gronfa Cofio Robin. Rydym yn estyn ein llongyfarchiadau i Llio. Da iawn ti”.

Dywedodd Llio Parry.

“Mae chwaraeon wastad wedi bod yn rhan fawr o fy mywyd. Mae hi’n braf iawn ymgymryd â chyfrifoldebau gwahanol, lle gallaf helpu’r gymuned a chyd-weithio gyda phobol o gefndiroedd gwahanol.

Being selected recognises those who have made an outstanding contribution to the Young Ambassador programme, locally, regionally and nationally.

The National Steering Group for Wales recognises the very best Young Ambassadors across the country. The group meets five times a year, but continues to communicate regularly with each other throughout the year. The group has the opportunity to consult with Sport Wales, the Youth Sport Trust and other partners on new initiatives or ideas, and to represent the voice of young people.

They also organise and present the annual Golden Young Ambassadors national conference. Steering Group members receive additional training through the National Leadership Academy, which offers workshops in skills such as facilitation, networking, teamwork and communication.

Hannah Medi Hughes GLLM Rugby Engagement Officer, said.

“We are delighted to see Llio being chosen to be a member of this important group. This is further proof of Llio's dedication, and her hard work in recent months. ”

She added.

"Llio has also recently been selected for the Wales Cricket Under 18s squad and coaches and plays for Dolgellau Cricket Club and has received support from the Robin Memorial Fund. We extend our congratulations to Llio. Well done you."

Llio Parry said.

“Sport has always been a big part of my life. It's really nice to take on different responsibilities, where I can help the community and work with people from different backgrounds.”
