Job Purpose
To provide an effective, efficient and friendly
student financial support service to prospective students and learners studying
at Coleg Meirion Dwyfor. Duties will include providing a help-desk facility,
providing information and guidance on a range of student financial support
products and services, administering student finance funds, receiving and
recording applications for student financial services, inputting and
maintaining data records.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in a
customer focussed role and will need a good level of IT skills. A high level of
customer services and communication skills is essential. The ability to be
flexible and work within a dynamic environment is essential.
This a part time role on a job share basis. The successful
candidate will be required to be available to work two days a week. There may
be opportunities to increase hours during busy periods.
Holiday entitlement:- 28 days per annum pro rata , rising to 32 days pro rata after 5 full years' service in addition to bank holidays normally observed in Wales pro rata and up to 5 efficiency days pro rata
Hours - Working pattern:- 14.5 hours per week, work pattern to be agreed

Language skills:- Spoken Welsh is essential
