Ceremony to recognise outstanding work at the Land-based Technology Unit.

A farewell ceremony was held recently with students from the Land Based Technology department at Glynllifon. There was an opportunity to thank the students who had completed the Level 2 and Level 3 courses in very challenging circumstances, given the global pandemic.

Two ex-CMD students making beats in the music industry.

Two former Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor students, Eben Rees and Rhodri Price, have been recognised by the BBC’s Project Horizons/ Gorwelion. This is a scheme delivered by BBC Cymru Wales - in partnership with Arts Council Wales - to develop new, independent contemporary music in Wales, as an up-and-coming music and production label.
