The Hospitality & Catering programme area is the only one in Wales to offer full and part-time courses from Level 1 to Bachelor Honours Degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, as well as Apprenticeships, NVQs and customised employee training.
Our expertise allows you to have the opportunity to be selected to participate in The Welsh Culinary Championships, where over the years, our learners have achieved significant successes. You will also participate in a wide range of national competitions, which include Torque Dôr, Seafish and Worldskills.
Work placements provide the opportunity for you to develop employability skills by undertaking work placements across Europe, which are fully-funded by Erasmus+.
