Business Development Advisor

Make a positive contribution to regional economic growth in North West Wales and beyond by striving to ensure that Grwp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) is the first choice provider of training and education services for employers by:

  • Actively engaging with employers to promote GLLM services in sectors inc, foundation economy, 3rd sector, leisure, hair & beauty, childcare, and other areas as required.
  • Establishing the business development needs of employers in agreed sectors / geographic areas, and promote solutions from the range of GLLM services.
  • Maximising recruitment and enrolments onto employer focused training provision from Busnes@LlandrilloMenai, and wider GLLM programme areas.
