Last week we held our Green Digital Future event at Busnes@LlandrilloMenai in Parc Menai. Centre for Infrastructure, Skills & Technology (CIST) - Busnes@LlandrilloMenai along with NEBOSH delivery partner Delyn Safety UK Ltd are delighted to announce that Tesni James has been awarded The Ian Whittingham Award for the Best Candidate in the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK).

Apprentices from some of Ynys Môn’s (Anglesey’s) top employers descended on Westminster yesterday (31/10/22) to showcase not only the breadth of companies on the island but also how these businesses are using the apprenticeship scheme to train and develop a local workforce.

The world’s first preserved railway is also among the first to benefit from a project designed to help businesses reduce carbon emissions.

With an increased focus on carbon reduction, SMEs in Gwynedd and Anglesey are receiving support as they embark on their journey to a net zero future, thanks to the recently launched Green Digital Academy.

Apprenticeship employers and representatives from the construction industry flocked to Centre for Skills Infrastructure and Technology (CIST) and Coleg Menai recently for in-depth sessions addressing the changes in construction apprenticeships and information about industry courses and funding available through Busnes@LlandrilloMenai.
