Academi Llandrillo: Rugby
As members of the prestigious WRU U18 Wednesday League, the exposure and rugby provision our Rugby Academy students will receive is first class. With highly competitive fixtures, players are exposed to a level of competition which has an intensity, physicality and skill level that is above and beyond what they'll have experienced at U16 level. With fixtures being televised on S4C, these students will be able to showcase their talents to a national audience.

Selection
Selection for a place at Coleg Llandrillo's Rugby Academy is made by invitation and trial basis. Players who demonstrate a suitable level of development and performance whilst members of the RGC U16 team will be approached on an individual basis.
We also encourage players who haven't been involved in the RGC U16s set-up to apply, as we strongly believe that individuals develop at different rates, and that given the right environment and guidance, individuals can thrive.
WRU/RGC Academy
A small number of players will also be offered a WRU/RGC Academy place.
Whilst at Coleg Llandrillo, these players will have access to an increased level of support from the WRU/RGC Academy staff, in addition to the support they would receive from the Coleg Llandrillo Academy Staff.
