Social Media Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for a Social Media Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team in the Head Office at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales. Fantastic competitive salary!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The position requires social media experience ideally within a recruitment setting and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also preferred.

The successful Social Media Recruitment Advisor will

• Utilise social media to attract relevant interest

• Support and encourage social media engagement by providing ideas for content on all of our recruitment channels

• Identify potential candidate pools through research and networking with an emphasis on social media

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

• Provide guidance on best recruitment practices to hiring managers

• Conduct initial candidate pre screens and co-ordinate interviews for hiring managers

• Provide interview feedback
