Senior Governance Officer – re-advertisement

- Support the Governance Manager in ensuring effective corporate governance arrangements across the Group, including meeting legal, regulatory, and best practice requirements so that Grŵp Cynefin excels.
- Act as the main point of contact with the Association’s Chair, Management Board and Committees, and the Management Boards of the Subsidiaries as required.
- Act as Line Manager to the Translator and manage the translation service across the group, including the budget.
- Act as the Group's Welsh Language Officer
