Tre-Ysgawen Hall is a multi-award-winning, four-star country house hotel & Spa located in the centre of Anglesey. Built in 1882 as one of the country’s grandest mansions, it now serves as a venue for luxury leisure breaks, weddings, functions, and conferences.
The hotel is currently recruiting for the position of food & beverage service assistants. Successful applicants will join the front of house team of hospitality professionals who collectively have many years hospitality experience in the UK and overseas.
Role & responsibilities to include –
Meet & greet guests
Advise guests of food & beverage options
Restaurant table setting, clear down & housekeeping duties associated with the food & drink service area
Food & drink service
Process transactions
Skills & Attributes –
Enjoy engaging with people
Keen to provide the best possible customer service
Keen to learn and work to perfect their service skills
Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
No prior experience necessary. Applicants will need to be minimum 18 years old.
Full training will be provided. Working hours are negotiable. Full time and part-time hours are available for much of the year. Welsh speaking ability would be an advantage but not essential.
Applicants will be offered additional training and opportunity to work towards qualifications recognised in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career as a hospitality professional.
