We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
  • Manage front desk activities including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and
  • guest services
  • Lead and motivate the hotel staff to provide outstanding customer service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and financial records
  • Ensure the hotel's policies and procedures are followed consistently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (Guest line experience is highly desirable)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
