Front of House Assistants/Waiting Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team when we open
The Fork, Cork & Feathers, a new and exciting Welsh Speciality Delicatessen and Wine Bar in Dolgellau this Easter.

If you love food and drink and have a passion for quality produce and first-class customer service, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking to fill part-time positions working Fridays (4.30pm to 9.30pm), and Saturdays (11.30am to 9.30pm).

As part of the team your duties will include:

• Preparation, heating and service of food and drink (soft and alcoholic) from our deli and bar area.
• Using your barista skills to create and serve high-quality coffee (latte art), and other hot drinks whilst maintaining a clean and organised workstation.

• Presentation and organisation of produce counters and display areas, ensuring they are well maintained and fully stocked.
• Ensuring that the front of house, kitchen and service areas are always kept clean and tidy, including equipment, tables, toilets, washing up & other general cleaning duties.
• Cashier duties including, handling cash and card transactions and answering customer questions about menu items and ingredients and providing drink recommendations and information on food and drink items.
• Food hygiene duties including maintaining temperature control records and recording of waste.
• Assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking, and displaying of product whilst maintaining quality and freshness.
