The event was attended by 120 delegates and focused on contemporary issues affecting work-based learning provision, including how to better support learners with additional learning needs, promote good mental mental health and wellbeing awareness.
Guest speakers included Dafydd Evans, CEO Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, Gwyneth Millington CEO Citizens Advice Bureau, Conwy.
The Consortium was established in 2011 to provide work-based training opportunities for employers and their apprentices in North Wales, each year training over one thousand apprentices in the region to succeed in a huge range of sectors.
The Consortium is responsible for delivering the £13m Welsh Government’s Apprenticeship programme in North Wales. The partnership comprises three North Wales Training, Arfon Dwyfor Training and Grŵp Llandrillo Menai.
