Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor A-level Law student Lili Boyd Pickavance, who is based at the college’s Pwllheli campus, was recently awarded a place at the Lord Edmund Davies Legal Education Trust Summer School.

Last year, due to the increasing demand for nurses in Wales, Sioned Roberts from Porthmadog and Lois Thomas from Minffordd both decided to enrol on an Access to Higher Education (HE) course in order to fulfil their dreams.

Ffion Pugh, studying on the UAL L3 Diploma in Art and Design at Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor, Dolgellau, had work selected out of 500 entries from colleges nationwide. Ffion's Lockdown posters really stood out, and it was also the only bilingual work on show.

Ffion Pugh, 17 has been selected to exhibit their work at Origins Creatives, taking place at the Truman Brewery in July.

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai’s Dolgellau and Pwllheli campuses are gearing up to welcome hundreds of local people to their Community Engagement Events on Saturday 11 and June and Saturday 18 June respectively.
