Mechanical Service Technician

Responsibilities:
* Diagnose issues and perform repairs on grass/agricultural/construction machinery, including gasoline and diesel engines, transmission systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical components
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication procedures
* Perform complex repairs, overhauls, or rebuilds on machinery components as needed
* Troubleshoot and identify mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
* Interpret and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance procedures
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labour performed for the purpose of invoicing and warranty claims
* Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends through regular training and professional development activities
* Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

This position may possibly follow an apprenticeship programme.
