Hotel Finance Administrator

Tre-Ysgawen Hall is a multi award winning, four star country house hotel & Spa located in the centre of Anglesey. Built in 1882 as one of the country’s grandest mansions, it now serves as a venue for luxury leisure breaks, weddings, functions and conferences.

Currently recruiting for the position of Finance administrator, the role would be an excellent opportunity for someone already with some experience in a similar role but consideration would also be given to someone with no prior experience but with the right skills and attributes. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career progression in finance and the hospitality industry.

Duties to include –
Processing supplier invoices
Approval of invoices
Chasing payments
Reconciliations
Purchase ordering
General admin duties

Skills and Attributes -
Use of Sage accounting package or similar, preferred not essential
Excellent organisation skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pride in their appearance
Ability to work under pressure
Driving essential

Following an initial settling in period, the successful applicant would be expected to enrol onto an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians programme to help further their skills and continued professional development.

The role will initially be part-time but become full time following successful completion of a probationary period.

Welsh speaking ability would be an advantage but it is not essential.
