Course Description
This programme is right for you if you want to offer your clients electrical facial treatments and you want to learn and gain more knowledge about the electronic equipment.
The course covers a range of electrical treatments for clients, treating the face, neck and décolleté, for example:
- Galvanic
- Faradic
- Microdermabrasion
- Vacuum
- CACI (micro-current)
- High frequency
- Microlance

Entry Criteria
- Level 2 Skincare or equivalent qualification
- Must be able to perform a facial and have the relevant anatomy background knowledge.
Delivery
It is over 16 weeks, on a Thursday, 1.00pm - 7.00pm
You will complete a mix of theory and practical work in a realistic working environment.
Assessment
Range of assessment methods:
- Practical observations - demonstrate skills
- Theory work - demonstrate knowledge
- End of unit short test
