Course Description
This is a free course for anyone who has completed an Introduction to being a Teaching Assistant course or is thinking about enrolling on one.
You will be taught a range of relevant topics which will help you as a Teaching Assistant in both Secondary and Primary Schools.
The course is divided into several units from the awarding body, Agored Cymru:
- The importance of play in a Child’s Development
- Introduction to Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Resilience skills
- Anti-bullying Awareness
- Understanding Dyslexia
- Understanding Autism
