The Centre for Automotive Technology at the Rhyl campus is equipped to the latest industry standards, including Heavy Goods Vehicle Brake Tester, 4 Wheel Drive Rolling Road Dynamometer, 4-Wheel Alignment, a superb Auto-Electronics Diagnostic Room, USI Spray Booths, Lechler Mixing Scheme, Car-OLiner Body Jig and Alignment System, Welding Bays, Valeting Bay, plus Hybrid Technology and Vehicle Climate Control Systems. Electric/Hybrid vehicle training workshop.
There are 5 workshops at the Llangefni campus equipped with the latest industry standard equipment for the diagnostics and maintenance of; cars, vans, lorries and trucks. Equipment includes; 2 wheel rolling road dynamometer, fully equipped ATL MOT 4 poster ramp, laser 4-Wheel alignment, latest diagnostic scanners and lab scopes for Heavy and Light vehicles, hybrid rig, Autotronics Lab and Air-con facilities, and excellent industry trained staff.
