Course Description
Anyone who works on licensed retail premises who is, or likely to be, involved in the sale of alcohol such as bar staff, waiters/waitresses, supermarket cashiers and licensed shop cashiers. It covers the legislation relating to underage sales, serving persons who are drunk and also the licensing objectives.
