Supportive Steps
Supportive Steps provides an opportunity for learners aged 16-25 to access a bespoke package of mentoring support.
Supportive Steps: Conwy, Gwynedd and Ynys Môn
Camau Cefnogol / Supportive Steps provides an opportunity for learners aged 16-25 to access a bespoke package of mentoring support whether they are; transitioning into Further Education, existing learners who require additional help with their learning journey. They will be supported to remain engaged in learning, gain sustainable employment, progression to Higher Education or training. The project will identify and support the most vulnerable learners most at risk of disengaging.
Our 3 Stage Model of Opportunity-Community-Progression facilitates the transition, integration and progression routes to enable engagement depending on their learners' individual needs/barriers, providing an opportunity to shape their future, strengthen resilience, whilst accessing the skills development and personalised support needed to progress. Camau Cefnogol / Supportive Steps is available at all of our campuses in Conwy, Gwynedd & Ynys Mon local authority areas.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
