Work Placement Officers – Supporting Apprenticeships Every Step of the Way
Our dedicated Work Placement Officers (WPOs) play a vital role in every stage of the apprenticeship journey. From the very first conversation with employers and learners to final completion, we provide expert guidance and support throughout the entire process.
Finding the Right Candidate
Before you employ an apprentice, our team can help you identify the best fit for your business. We support advertising vacancies, shortlisting applicants, and promoting opportunities through our website and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Enrolment and Programme Setup
Once the right candidate has been selected, we manage the enrolment process and ensure they are registered onto their apprenticeship programme, including all the qualifications required for their chosen framework.
Ongoing Support and Progress Monitoring
Our involvement continues well beyond enrolment. Acting as a central point of contact, we maintain strong communication between employers, apprentices, and college tutors/assessors. We regularly monitor progress to ensure apprentices are developing the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Helping Businesses Grow
By working with our WPO team, your business can benefit from motivated apprentices who gain valuable workplace skills while being supported by our experienced tutors and assessors. Together, we help your organisation grow while shaping the workforce of the future.
