Course Description

For many organisations—large or small—projects are the lifeblood of strategic development. But this raises critical questions: Which projects should we pursue? Are they being managed in the right way? How do they align with day-to-day operations? Are we truly taking a strategic approach? And most fundamentally—do we fully understand the nature and purpose of projects?

This coaching-style course offers strategic insights into project leadership, recognising that projects are the vital bridge between strategy and operations. To maximise success, we need leadership perspectives that consider stakeholder expectations and help create an environment where project capability can be sustained and thrive.
