Course Description
Introduction to Baking, a beginner-friendly course designed to build a strong foundation in the art and science of baking. This course is ideal for learners with little to no prior baking experience who are eager to learn essential techniques, ingredients and kitchen skills.
Throughout the four weeks, learners will explore the fundamentals of baking, including measuring and mixing methods, the role of key ingredients and proper use of baking equipment. You will practice making a variety of baked goods, such as breads, cakes and yeast-based products while developing confidence and consistency in the kitchen.
In addition to hands-on practice, the course emphasizes kitchen safety, sanitation, and basic troubleshooting skills to help you understand not just how to bake, but why baking works. By the end of the course, you will be able to follow given recipes, apply simple techniques, and produce simple baked items with quality and care.
Whether you are baking for personal enjoyment or considering further culinary studies, this course provides a solid starting point for your baking journey.
