Entry Criteria

The Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring is designed for learners who wish to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively coach or mentor people within an organisational context. It is also an ideal qualification for those who wish to commence a career in coaching or mentoring.

The course is delivered through a blend of the following:

The sessions are delivered in English and the session resources are mainly in English although some resources are available in Welsh. The assignment, and portfolio of evidence can be completed/submitted in Welsh.

Assessment

The course is assessed through a blend of the following:

- Work based assignment

- Portfolio submission including mentoring diary and reflective journal.
