Course Description
This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to update their skills and build confidence, whether you are out of work, have been at home with the family or if you are ready for a change of career. It includes sessions to update your computer skills; improve literacy, numeracy and teamwork skills; improve your confidence and wellbeing, and develop your interview skills.
This course is very flexible in its content and tutors respond to the needs of the specific students in the GSU group in deciding which skills are prioritised in classes.
