Course Description
The Pearson Level 3 Diploma in Management (Combined Qualification) is ideal for those individuals who already have some management responsibilities. This combined knowledge and competency-based qualification will build and develop new skills to enhance their management career.

Get an in-depth understanding of what is expected of a manager

Entry Criteria
To complete the qualification the individual will need to already have management responsibilities.
Delivery
An individual learning plan will be drawn up with you and your manager and an assessor will contact you remotely in the workplace. You will build a portfolio of evidence to show how you met the National Standards in your day-to-day work, and that you are aware of relevant legislation.
Assessment
The competency and knowledge units will be assessed through workplace evidence including: questions and answers, case histories, professional discussion, presentations , product evidence and witness statements.
