Unlocking Opportunities: ‘Meet the Funder Event’

Busnes@LlandrilloMenai is hosting Meet the Funder business breakfasts that will provide North Wales businesses the opportunity to access funded training available through new UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) projects specially tailored to meet the needs of the region.

Meet the Funder will take place on February 15, 2024 at Conwy Business Centre and February 16, 2024 at Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Penygroes.

The events are an opportunity to learn how to access funding. Delegates will also be able to take part in the question and answer session before networking with fellow business people and connecting with the team responsible for delivering our UKSPF projects.

Meet the Funder will highlight:

Employer Skills North Wales benefits companies by identifying skills-gaps and signposting employers to fully-funded training aimed at facilitating business growth, safeguarding jobs and supporting the creation of new positions.

● The Green Digital Academy funds specialist mentors who support businesses to adopt digital technologies, accelerate efficiency, productivity, and carbon reduction.

Hyfforddiant Net Sero Training Gwynedd delivers cutting-edge training in decarbonisation, renewable energy and retrofitting skills from Tŷ Gwyrddfai, Penygroes.

Multiply aims to support adults to improve their numeracy. The project offers easy access to a wide range of FREE numeracy courses across North Wales.

These projects are strategically designed to provide essential skills, knowledge and qualifications, directly addressing the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in the region.
