Course Description

This module looks at how an organisation develops integrated campaigns from content and behavioural aspects, to ensure the development of customer-centric communications and how they can be measured.

This module covers 3 key outcomes:

1. How the organisation interacts with customers

2. Understanding how customers engage with media and content

3. Creating customer-centric integrated campaign plans.

This course is aimed at marketers who have one year’s experience or a Level 3 qualification experience.

You may be in a marketer role within an organisation or have a role where marketing forms a large part of your responsibilities.

This course will give you confidence and enhance your marketing knowledge.

Entry Criteria

You’ll need to have a minimum of one year’s experience in the industry or a relevant Level 3 qualification to study the Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing

Alternatively, an equivalent Level 3 Apprenticeship would also be accepted.

Delivery

Delivered through online tutor-led classes, which you will access through Google Meet.

You will be encouraged to share ideas and participate in group work within the interactive sessions.

Assessment

This qualification is assessed through online multiple-choice exams. You can sit the exams at home or in your workplace.

The assessments are employer-driven, practitioner-based, relevant, and appropriate for business needs.

Progression

Successful completion of the Level 4 CIM qualifications will establish the knowledge, skills, and understanding to be able to perform within the position of a ‘Marketing Executive’ and to carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace.
