Watch the video to understand how the college Welfare Team can support your wellbeing during your time at college.
The
college is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive
environment where all learners can thrive. A wide range of welfare
support is available to help students manage personal, emotional, and
wellbeing-related challenges that may impact their education.Students
can access confidential one-to-one support, mentoring, and early
intervention services. Support focuses on building confidence,
developing resilience, and promoting positive mental health. Learners
are also offered guidance around safeguarding, physical and emotional
wellbeing, and can be referred to external specialist services when
needed.
Wellbeing initiatives, including ENGAGE sessions, help equip
students with the tools to navigate everyday challenges and build coping
strategies for life and learning. Overall, the college’s welfare
provision is designed to remove barriers, keep learners safe, and
empower them to succeed both personally and academically.

college and the Wellbeing and Enrichment Officers and a Rugby Officer
work with learners to arrange a wide range of sporting and non-sporting
activities across all campuses.
Period Dignity
Working with our Active Ambassadors we developed the 'It
won't stop us' Campaign. As part of this inspiring campaign, we promote
the importance of maintaining physical activity to reduce the symptoms
of menstruation and that periods should not act as a barrier to engaging
in either learning or active wellbeing. Alongside this we have
developed free complimentary exercise resources which learners can do at
home.
Access to free products: Within Grŵp
Llandrillo Menai, we also provide FREE eco-friendly single use and
reusable period products at Learner Services on each campus as well as a
delivery service to learners' own homes.
Arolwg ‘Dwi'n iawn’
Un o’r dulliau gweithredu fel rhan o Fframwaith Lles Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, sy’n edrych ar y ffordd orau y gallwn gefnogi eich lles tra byddwch yn astudio gyda ni. Mae'r arolwg hwn ar gael ar hyn o bryd i Ddysgwyr Grŵp Llandrillo Menai sydd â mynediad i eDrac yn unig.
Mae eich lles emosiynol, cymdeithasol a chorfforol yn effeithio ar eich iechyd. Er mwyn i chi deimlo'n iawn mae'n bwysig eich bod chi'n teimlo'n dda (e.e. teimladau o hapusrwydd, bodlonrwydd, mwynhad, chwilfrydedd, ymgysylltu) a gweithredu'n dda (profi perthnasoedd cadarnhaol, cael rhywfaint o reolaeth dros fywyd rhywun, bod â synnwyr o bwrpas).
Mae'r arolwg yn gofyn 15 cwestiwn ynghylch sut rydych chi'n teimlo am eich lles, ac mae'n cynnwys tri maes: lles emosiynol, cymdeithasol a chorfforol.
Cynllun Lles Personol
Ar ôl i chi gwblhau'r arolwg, bydd Cynllun Lles wedi'i bersonoli yn cael ei gynhyrchu ar unwaith. Bydd y Cynllun Lles yn cynnig rhai awgrymiadau hunanofal ar sut y gallwch edrych ar ôl eich hun mewn ffordd iach neu gynnig awgrymiadau ar ble y gallwch ddarganfod mwy o wybodaeth.
Byddwn yn cynnal yr arolwg dair gwaith y flwyddyn i weld a yw'ch teimladau'n newid yn ystod yr amser hwn ac i weld a yw'ch lles yn gwella.
Bydd rhai o'ch ymatebion yn cael eu plotio ar Seren Lles, felly pan fyddwch chi'n ail-gymryd yr arolwg yn ddiweddarach yn y flwyddyn, byddwch chi'n gallu gweld y cynnydd rydych chi wedi'i wneud.
Gellir dod o hyd i'r arolwg "Dwi'n iawn" ar 'eDrac Dysgwr'. Wedi i chi fewngofnodi, fe welwch faner "Dwi'n iawn" ar y dudalen gartref. Cliciwch ar y faner i ddechrau'r arolwg.
