An ex-student of Coleg Llandrillo has recently launched a cookery book following a prosperous career in the Hospitality and Catering industry.
Having studied hard for three years, Anna Scott graduated from Coleg Llandrillo in 2011 with a BA Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management.
Ten years on, Anna has since moved to Shropshire where she has her very own Cookery School and regularly opens pop-up restaurants. More recently, Anna has launched her first cookery book, one of a series of eight.
'Absolute Beginners Cookery', launched in November last year, and is a cookbook designed to help anyone to learn to cook, from the novice to the amateur. The book includes a vast variety of easy-to-follow recipes, and a full list and explanation of allergens.
Anna explained, "My mission is to inspire and help people to cook, no matter what their current skill level. It's been an overwhelming positive experience launching my very own book, and I am so thankful to my tutors at Coleg Llandrillo for all of their support and encouragement whilst I was a student".
Anna's second Cookbook is due for release in May 2021, with the third anticipated to be released around Christmas.
You can order the book from https://bookshop.3ppublishing.co.uk/ or from Amazon.
