Job Purpose - Based from our Rhyl Campus, you will join the Engineering delivery team to support learners within the work-based apprenticeship sector. In this role, you will mentor, train, and evaluate students in their professional environments, ensuring they successfully achieve their vocational qualifications. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service that meets the specific needs of both employers and learners while championing the mission and values of the Grŵp. Furthermore, you will act as a key point of contact for employers, promoting and facilitating valuable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities. While full Welsh fluency isn’t required, an Entry-level understanding is essential. You’ll be fully supported in developing these language skills. |
