Job Purpose - To work as a member of the ALN Team to provide high-quality, learner-centred study support that promotes independence, builds confidence and strengthens essential academic and organisational skills. Study support enables learners to understand how they learn best, overcome barriers and develop strategies that allow them to access, participate and progress successfully in their studies. Support may take place within the Study Centre, online, or during twilight sessions (twilight 5-8pm) to ensure flexible and responsive provision. |
