ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL COLEG MENAI & COLEG MEIRION-DWYFOR
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join the Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion Dwyfor senior management team as an Assistant Principal.

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is an institution with an annual turnover of over £90M and employs over 1500 members of staff and is responsible for offering educational provision to over 21,000 individuals across a range of provisions including further education; higher education; apprenticeships and adult education.
The post holder will be mainly responsible for supervising and managing Programme Area Managers who lead on curricular provision in various occupational and academic fields. There will also be responsibility for a site (sites) across Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion Dwyfor with an opportunity and expectation to contribute strategically to the development of the campuses of both colleges.
Directly answerable to the College Principal and as a member of Grŵp Llandrillo Menai Strategic Team, the successful applicant will also be responsible for:- planning the curriculum; planning and managing considerable budgets; responding to economic opportunities and working jointly with employers and stakeholders to ensure that the educational provision meets the needs of the region.
The successful applicant will play a key role in realising exciting capital developments worth £30M - a new campus for Coleg Menai, Bangor and developing and modernising campuses in Coleg Meirion Dwyfor, Pwllheli and Dolgellau.
