Service Charge Champion

Cynefin Group has been providing quality, safe and affordable housing across six counties in north Wales and north Powys to over 8,000 people since 2014 .

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a key team who will ensure that Service Charge processes are effective and efficient. You will challenge and check the affordability of service charges on behalf of Grŵp Cynefin tenants and lead to the development and management of new projects in the department. You will also develop effective participation opportunities for tenants

We are looking for someone who has the same drive as us to provide homes and sustainable places where our tenants are core in the work of the Association so that your values ​​reflect our values.

Qualifications required
A Level (2+)
HNC (Higher National Certificate)
NVQ Level 4 (National Vocational Qualification)
City & Guilds HPD Level 4 (Higher Professional Diploma) Or the experiential equivalent

Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge and understanding of the social housing field
Can work well as part of a team
Has strong problem solving skills
Can use Information Technology to get the job done
Full current driving licence
Bilingual

Lead to ensure Service Charge processes are effective and efficient.
Challenge and verify the affordability of a service charge on behalf of Grŵp Cynefin tenants
Lead to develop and manage new projects in the department
Develop effective participation opportunities for tenants
