We are looking to recruit a customer-oriented Front of House supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly for our busy successful restaurant. You will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant and bar, be responsible for overseeing the activities of restaurant staff and support the restaurant manager. You will be
expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests
• Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer comments to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Work closely will management to meet revenue objectives.
• Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment.
