Simply Logo is a supplier of printed and/or embroidered clothing and fabric items. Ranging from work wear/uniforms, corporate/marketing, school uniforms to non-work related wear, Simply logo provide a wide range of items with applied logos or images.
The new position has been created to support the increasing levels of business. The successful applicant will have a varied role which will include customer engagement - advising customers face-to-face, via email or by phone, to assisting in the production and application of logos and images to clothing and fabric items. Duties will span from initial customer contact through to final delivery and transaction. There is also the opportunity to get involved in marketing activities.
Proprietor, Nia Heaton is keen to see the new recruit develop within the role. This may be facilitated by the option to enrol onto a customer service apprenticeship. This is a two year learning programme which will provide a learning structure alongside the practical in work acquisition of skills. This will result in a formal, industry recognised qualification.

Salary up to £18,000 depending on age and experience of applicant.
