Assisting the Head chef and Sous chef in the preparing of breakfast, lunches and evening meals. Check freshness of food and follow stock rotation instructions. Trained in basic food hygiene and food safety. Compliance with all health and safety regulations. Understanding of food allergies and food safety policy. Work in a clean and professional manner.
