As you will be aware, earlier this year, we made the difficult decision to postpone the Summer 2020
Graduation Ceremony, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are now writing to inform you of our intention to hold an alternative celebration for you in July 2021.
This will, of course, be in line with the latest government advice regarding large-scale events, which we
will be closely monitoring.
We will contact you again at the beginning of 2021 with further information about the revised date of your
ceremony. You will also be invited to register your intention to attend the ceremony at this time, so that
we can plan accordingly.
In the meantime, if you have any queries please email email@example.com.
