Travel and Tourism

The tourism industry is a key sector in North Wales, and within this exciting programme area, you will have the opportunity to study from Level 2 all the way through to degree-level.

Our students participate in a programme of outside visits to attractions in North Wales, Cardiff, London, the UK and abroad. You will also have the opportunity to undertake work placements across Europe, fully-funded by Erasmus+.

There is also a working travel agency at the Rhos-on-Sea campus where students work and improve their employability skills.

Our students progress to work in a range of local and national companies, including local and national tourist offices, travel agencies, tour operators and airlines, including British Airways, Titan Airways and TUI
