PRINCE2® 7th vr2 AGILE Practitioner - Hybrid Delivery

This package includes PRINCE2 AGILE Practitioner only and its exam. Advance your skills beyond PRINCE2 Agile Foundation. Learn to lead teams, apply agile practices, and use agile tools effectively across your organization. The difference between AGILE and Prince2 Project Management is AGILE is based around fast-paced, iterative, environments which are highly adaptive to user feedback.

The overall aim of this course is to enable you to gain a passing mark in the PRINCE2® AGILE Practitioner exam. To pass the exam, you will need to:​

• Understand the basic concepts of Common agile ways of working.
• Understand the purpose and context for Combining PRINCE2 and the agile way of working.
• Be able to apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context.
• Be able to fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context.
• Be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context.

Gain in-demand AGILE and project management skills to thrive in an ever- competitive market. This module covers the method’s core concepts and all the knowledge needed to BE agile, and DO agile. This qualification is aimed at Agile / Hybrid Project Managers / aspiring Project Managers. The course is also relevant to other staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members, Team Managers, Project Assurance, Project Support, Business analysts, Product Owners.

The course is intensive and requires pre-reading of the course material of a minimum of 6 hours. There is also homework set for each of the evenings/weekend, amounting to about 1.5 hrs per evening/day
