During this course you will gain the knowledge and practical skills to Make a Shrink Pot.

This is a traditional wooden container made from a freshly cut log, hollowed out, and fitted with a dry wood base that gets tightly sealed as the green wood dries and shrinks.

This creates a naturally tight, often waterproof vessel for storing items like dried goods, utensils or craft items.

You will use a variety of sharp traditional hand tools to craft your own birch and oak pot to take away.
