This regulated qualification GQA Level 3 Certificate in Polymer Operations has been designed for learners working in the polymer processing and related sectors. You will be an existing NVQ2 polymer qualified person responsible for undertaking polymer manufacturing of extruded or injection moulded products, and wish to develop your application of lean tools, rectify process problems within polymer processing and related environments Includes Kaizen event & Poka-Yoke (Mistake-Proofing) and quality control, JIT just in time supply KPI principals and productivity awareness of process added, no added value
