Course Description
Previous NVQ3 in manufacturing or maintenance or apprenticeship at level three. and tutor assessor pre course interview.
Have you the desire and ability to further your technical skills, by training on the job in engineering, mechanical or electrical maintenance, technical services, manufacturing, or tool-making. electrical maintenance or mechanical maintenance, and wish to develop your application of lean tools and project planning and management knowledge, skills within the sector at a higher level.
Lead /support Mechanical/Electrical project activities. OEE-TPM-producing SOP Standard Operational Procedures. SWI Standardised Work Instructions.
Review risk management processes in own area of responsibility.
Lead workplace organisation activity’s –Kaizen-VSM-SPC-FEMA-QFD-Poka Yoke.
Entry Criteria
Previous NVQ3 in manufacturing or maintenance or apprenticeship at level three. and tutor assessor pre course interview.
Delivery
Delivery at site and on line along with directed google classroom support self-study.
Assessment
Portfolio of evidence, along with observation assessment of site projects, practical tasks along with course underpinning knowledge written answers
