If you work in a Customer focus role, have good interpersonal skills and strive to deliver the best possible service, even in difficult and complex situations and are constantly looking to improve your performance to enable the organisation to maintain its competitive edge, then this course is for you.
The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service responds to the employer's need for high levels of customer service skills. These skills are transferable across sectors and can be applied to many job roles.
The qualification is primarily aimed at individuals whose job role is dedicated to customer service as an occupation for example:
Customer Relationship Managers
Co-ordinators and
Team Leaders.
Many employers also select Customer Service to complement an individual’s technical skill for example:
Care Assistants
Dispensing Assistants
Dental Nurses or
Cinema Operatives.
Entry Criteria
- No formal qualifications are required but experience in Customer Service is desirable.
- Apprentices must have an employer who can cover the NVQ criteria.
- All places are subject to satisfactory interview.
Delivery
- The framework is usually delivered in the work place.
- Learners may need to attend College as agreed with Assessors.
