There are no formal requirements, but you’ll need a keen interest in the subject. You will also need to have 5 years’ experience leading a project, or 3 years’ experience for delegates with a University degree to sit your exam.
Throughout this course you will cover the 49 processes of the certification and discuss the breakdown of each of these into Inputs, Tools and Techniques and Outputs. This is achieved across five project phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing.
