Don’t worry as our ‘Preparing to work in Customer Service’ programme might be the right choice for you.  

Customer service operations is one of the biggest employers in North Wales.

If you are friendly, organised, have a helpful attitude and enjoy meeting people then this maybe a good option.

The main qualifications are City and Guilds in Employability and Personal and Social Development Skills, along with Certificate in Customer Service. We also include Maths and English qualifications, which may be at GCSE level if required.

Entry requirements:

  • A real interest and commitment to the subject and attendance at an interview

Progression:

After successfully completing this programme, there are various employment opportunities across North Wales available. We also have direct progression opportunities available onto the Customer Services Level 2 and 3 full-time programmes at the Rhyl campus.
