If you are you outgoing, friendly, organised, and enjoy meeting people then this programme could be for you.

The programme will provide you with knowledge and understanding required in a customer service role, helping you deal with customers on a daily basis as part of a new exciting career. Also included within this programme is a Business Administration certificate at level 2/3.  This additional qualification will prepare you with skills required to ensure the smooth and effective running of businesses and organisations, including tasks such as organising files, maintaining records, arranging meetings, typing up documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The main qualifications are Highfield Certificate in Customer Service, along with a certificate in OCR Business Administration. We also include Maths and English qualifications, which may be at GCSE level if required.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs at grade D or above and 1 GCSE at grade E, to include GCSE Mathematics and English or Welsh (1st Language) at grade D or E
  • or
  • Level 1 Diploma pass in a relevant subject
  • Attendance at an interview
