Yes, to ensure everyone’s safety, all learners and staff are required to wear their own face
coverings in communal areas (corridors, refectories, libraries, toilets) and on all college
transport, from Tuesday 1st September.
Learners with an underlying medical condition must contact Learning Support on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any concerns relating to the wearing
of face coverings.
Creating a safe learning environment for everyone is a priority at all of our college sites.

All applicants that have been accepted on to a course will receive an e-mail inviting them to attend
The Induction for first year learners takes place on different days and starts from Tuesday, 1st
Please read your college e-mails for the latest information.
All learners that are progressing to their second year of their programme e.g. AS to A2, Certificate
to Diploma will receive information on the exact start date week commencing Monday, 7th September
2020. We will send the information to your college e-mail account.

Learners who do not have access to a PC at home, can apply to the Learning Support Fund to request
either a chrome book or laptop. The grant is means tested and you will be asked to provide evidence
of your household income.
A 'grab and go' food facility is offered at college sites. Water fountains are available however you
will need to bring your own drinking bottle/cup. You may prefer to bring your own food and drinks.
Yes. The Library and Study Centres will be open and available for learners to use with social
distancing measures in place.
Yes. All college support services will be available on campus. This includes Mentors, Learning
Coach, Student Advisors and Counsellors. All of our services can also be accessed remotely by phone,
